Founded in 1979 as the AGES Group by three aviation industry veterans, the company was acquired by Volvo Aero Corp in 1999, eventually becoming VAS Aero Services. In 2022 VAS became part of the Airbus Group when the company was acquired by Airbus’s Satair USA subsidiary. Today, VAS is a wholly owned, independently operated subsidiary of Satair, with locations in North America, the UK, Europe, southeast Asia and Australia.
Along its 45-year journey, VAS has established itself as a go-to source for aviation parts and components thanks to its global reach, unmatched USM inventory and rapid response to customer needs.
