Hong Kong SAR. 15 March 2021.TOPCAST announced Steve Chua has joined the Group as Managing Director, Global MRO. He will lead the global MRO department to drive strategic growth by leveraging on both existing and soon to be further expanded repair capabilities to meet future customers’ needs through OEM distribution integration and MRO support solution to create long term value and lower life cycle costs for operators.
Prior to joining TOPCAST, he served as Director/General Manager at Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd (GAMECO) for a new business unit to start-up a greenfield composite repair center, and was the Vice President, Program Management and Business Development, Asia Pacific at Triumph Aviation Services Asia responsible for business partnerships and joint venture projects.
Steve Chua has more than 30 years working in the aviation business at operations, management and executive management positions with the diversity of four organizations, including Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing, NORDAM, Triumph Aviation Services Asia in Thailand and GAMECO in Guangzhou.
Steve Chua holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in supply chain management from the University of Wollongong and a diploma in industrial engineering operations from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
