The Indian Defence and Aerospace sector is undergoing a transformative phase, driven by strategic government initiatives and a robust ecosystem of innovation and manufacturing capabilities. SIDM has been tirelessly working with the stakeholders to make the sector “Ease of Doing Business” through continuous feedback from its members and Industry.
Uttar Pradesh, with its thriving industrial landscape and proactive policy framework, has emerged as a key player in India’s economic growth story with development of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UPDIC). This initiative aims to integrate the vibrant MSME ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh to contribute meaningfully to the Defence and Aerospace supply chain. To bridge the information gap, and address State issues, SIDM instituted the SIDM State Chapter under the dynamic leadership of Shri Sachin Agarwal, CMD, PTC Industries.
Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers (SIDM) is organizing a Members Meet and Session on “Unlocking Defence and Aerospace Opportunities” scheduled for 31st January 2025 is now rescheduled on 03 February 2025 from 1430 – 1700 Hrs at CII, Plot A, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
