The Armed Forces Cycle Polo Cup 2023, sponsored by udChalo, a prestigious event in the Indian armed forces, started on March 19, 2023, and featured three teams from the armed forces: the Air Force, the Territorial Army, and the Armed Corps. The event showcased the participants’ physical fitness and skills in the unique and challenging sport of cycle polo, which combines the speed and agility of cycling with the strategic thinking of polo.
The first league match of the tournament was played between Air Force and the Territorial Army, which turned out to be a closely contested match. Both teams played with great energy and enthusiasm, showcasing their cycling and polo skills. The Air Force team emerged victorious, winning the match by a narrow margin of one point. The final score was 12-11 in favour of Air Force.
The second league match was played on the same day between the Air Force and the Armed Corps. In this match, Air Force dominated the game, showcasing their superior cycling and polo skills. They scored 14 points against the 8 scored by the Armed Corps team. The Air Force won the match comfortably.
The Armed Forces Cycle Polo Cup 2023 provides an opportunity for the participating teams to compete against each other in a spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie.
