Geneva, Switzerland. 20 May 2024. During EBACE 2024, 28 – 30 May 2024, STACK.aero, the technology platform streamlining business aviation workflows, will showcase the benefits delivered by integrating its customer relationship management (CRM) and business workflows with the digital FL3XX aircraft operations platform. This will be the first time EBACE delegates will have the chance to explore the joint system, which improves sales, management, and operational workflows for STACK.aero and FL3XX mutual customers, including charter brokers and operators, aircraft management companies, and flight departments.
STACK.aero transitions information traditionally stored in different customer and business administration software programs into one system. The single platform creates a powerful portfolio of CRM, commercial, marketing, reporting, financial and administrative tools. Additional value for common customers is added by integrating with the FL3XX system and can be harnessed by the STACK.aero user to elevate the passenger experience. For example, trip requests, quotes, and bookings are generated in STACK.aero and automatically align with CRM data held within the FL3XX system to present the user with detailed information about passenger preferences, likes and dislikes. This enriched information is then shared with FL3XX to support the flight operation and ensure an enhanced service level.
“We are looking forward to showing delegates how the integration enables more powerful commercial tools, including interactive digital presentations, consistent customer communications, reliable reporting and analytics. The integrated system saves time, reduce errors, optimize budgets, and remove silos to present easy-to-access, reliable customer information in real-time across both platforms. It is effectively a single source of truth creating a valuable resource that helps our customers better support their customers while improving their business operations simultaneously,” explains Greg Jarrett, STACK.aero CEO.
Using a single interface, common customers who subscribe to both platforms can switch directly between the STACK.aero Account/Quote/Trip modules and the FL3XX Quote/Trip functionality. Undisclosed customers are currently trialling the solution with STACK.aero and FL3XX.
“This integration allows us to directly address the daily challenges our operators encounter. It’s about providing our clients with an experience that feels effortless and deeply intuitive, effectively bridging the space between achieving operational goals and exceeding customer expectations,” says CEO and Founder, FL3XX, Paolo Sommariva.
EBACE delegates are invited to visit booth E54 for a full demonstration of the benefits.
Catherine Buchanan – Business Development Director STACK.aero, will join the UAS forward discussion panel to discuss how technology supports personalization. The panel will take place on Wednesday 29 May, at 15.00 on the UAS booth B51.
