New Delhi. 24 April 2023. SPARSH Outreach programme was conducted by Zilla Sainik Welfare Office Chandrapur in Niyojan Bhavan, near Collector Office. Representatives of CDA Chennai from DPDO Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Records Guards Kamptee have resolved the issues relating to SPARSH Defence Pensioners. Col. Vikash Verma, Col. Veterans from UM&G Area Nagpur also participated.
Shrikanth Deshpande, Dy. Collector Chandrapur inaugurated the programme by lightening the dia in the premises. Capt Deepak Limsay, ZSWO Chandrapur presented the flower bouquet to the guest. CDA representatives and Guards Kamptee Team also presented the flower bouquets by ZSWO and Dy. Collector.
Capt Deepak Limsay, ZSWO Chandrapur addressed the pensioners about the benefits of SPARSH in his own wards. Major Kuldeep Singh from Guards Kamptee also addressed the pensioners. Shri A N Gangadhara Raju, Asst. Accounts Officer from DPDO Secunderabad has also given a brief on SPARSH programme.

Today’s Chief Guest Shrikanth Deshpande, Dy. Collector Chandrapur addressed the pensioners and expressed about the families of service personnel who have sacrifice their life for our country and we have to resolve their issue on the spot and defence pensioners who have attended the programme may avail the benefits of SPARSH outreach programme.
