SkyStar aerostats

Bogota, Columbia. 29 November 2019. The Israeli-based aerostat company RT LTA Systems Ltd. will present its SkyStar aerostat family at ExpoDefensa exhibition in Bogota.The SkyStar aerostat systems are ideal for border control, HLS and security missions, as they offer availability of over 85% in any given area, and provide persistent surveillance and communication over long periods of time at a very minimal cost. 


The SkyStar Aerostat systems are deployed by many different forces around the world for such purposes. Currently, a number of SkyStar 180 aerostat systems are deployed in Santiago de Chile by the municipal police, as part of the security efforts during the mass protests against the government.
