New Delhi. 01 April 2024. The Army Postal Service (APS) Wing has completed 75 glorious years of its raising. To commemorate the occasion, a grand Ceremonial Parade was organized on 30 Mar 2024 at Raghava Parade Ground of APS Wing, Kamptee. Maj Gen MK Khan, VSM, Addl DG APS reviewed the parade and addressed all during a Special Sainik Sammelan, where he congratulated all ranks of APS Wing and commended their determined efforts to make the event a grand success.
On this occasion, Maj Gen MK Khan, VSM, Addl DG APS released a Special Cover. The Gen Officer felicitated veterans of the Corps whose invaluable contributions have kept the APS flag flying high.
APS Training Centre (now APS Wing) was raised on 01 Dec 1948 at Kamptee which imparts training to volunteers from Department of Posts.
