Dr Rajeev S Chavan ,IDAS, ndc Principal Controller (Southern Command), Pune met Major General Sanjay Kumar Vidyarthi, AVSM, General Officer Commanding, Uttar Maharashtra and Gujarat Sub Area, Nagpur in city on Monday.
During the meeting with GoC, Dr Chavan expressed his views for standardizing an effective mechanism of Integrated Financial Advice (IFA) system and reforming, restrengthening audit edifice to make the system robust and vibrant. Issues related to welfare of soldiers, timely payment of pay and allowances of soldiers, Capital Procurement amenities repair, renovations of local accounts/Finance offices etc were discussed during the meeting. Various issues were also discussed for the betterment of our soldiers.
