Nagpur. 23 June 2023. National Academy of Defence Production (NADP), Ambajhari, a unit of Munitions India Limited (MIL) under the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence (MoD) is one among the 26 Central Training Institutes (CTIs) recognised by DOP&T, Government of India. The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) has accredited and graded NADP as ‘अतिउत्तम’, based on assessment made by National Accreditation Board of Education and Training (NABET). The Certificate of Accreditation as CTI, was awarded by MoS Dr. Jitendra Singh, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions in the ‘National Training Conclave 2023’ function graced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Leveraging on the vast and rich experience of over 40 years of imparting training in the area of defence technology and management, the Academy has launched AICTE approved 2-years’ residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) [PGDM (BM)] programme with focus on defence sector for the students as well as executives aspiring to make/advance their career in the field of management.
The Orientation Programme has been organised for PGDM (BM) 2023-25 Batch on 22 Jun 2023. Dr. D.C Srivastava, General Manager, presided over the function. The function was inaugurated by lighting of lamp by GM followed by the faculty members. Faculty members of NADP, adjunct faculty members and guest faculty member from RTMNU attended and graced the function amongst others. The maiden batch consists of 25 graduate students with diverse backgrounds and experience including two sponsored candidates from Munitions India Limited.
