Nagpur. 28 July 2024. As a tribute to the supreme sacrifice made by armed forces personnel of various units and regiments in the Augean Kargil War, a wreath laying ceremony was organised at the War Memorial of Kamptee Military Station under the aegis of HQ Uttar Maharashtra and Gujarat Sub Area to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26 July 2024.
General Officer Commanding Uttar Maharashtra & Gujarat Gujarat Sub Area Maj Gen SK Vidyarthi AVSM, SM was the chief guest for the solemn parade. The parade was attended by all units of the military station and a large number of ex servicemen and veterans.
