Pune. 15 August 2020. 74th Independence Day was celebrated on 15 August 2020 at the National War Memorial, Southern Command Pune. In a solemn ceremony held at the National War Memorial, Pune Brigadier Kuljeet Singh, Station Commander Pune paid rich tributes to the gallant warriors of the Indian Army who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty defending the territorial integrity of the nation. The celebration this year were low key due to the on ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Selected military personnels from Pune Station attended the wreath laying ceremony.
