Kolkata. 22 May 2024. Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), one of the
leading warship builders in the country has announced its financial results for the last
quarter and full year ended March 31 st, 2024.

Company has achieved its best ever financial performance in FY24.

  • Total Income for the FY 24 stood at Rs. 3,892 Crore against Rs. 2,763 Crore in FY 23 with growth of 41% over FY 23.
  • Revenue from Operation has increased to Rs. 3,593 Crore in FY 24 from Rs. 2,561 Crore in FY 23, registering a growth of 40 %.
  • The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization stands at Rs. 534 Crore in FY24, as against Rs 351 Crore in FY 23, with an increase of 52 %.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) is Rs. 481 Crore for FY 24 as compared to Rs 305 Crore in FY 23, registering a growth of 58 %.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) is Rs. 357 Crore in FY 24 as against Rs. 228 Crore in FY 23, registering a growth of 57 %.
  • Earnings per share (EPS) for FY 24 is Rs. 31.19, against Rs. 19.91 in FY 23.
  • Company has declared total dividend @ 93.6% of Paid-up Share Capital against 62% of
    previous year.

Q4 FY24 Compared with Q4 FY23:

  • Revenue from operation is Rs. 1,016 Crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs. 601 Crore of previous year registering a growth of 69 %.
  • The Company’s EBITDA stood at Rs. 166 Crore in Q4 FY24 against Rs. 90 Crore of previous year registering a growth of 84 %.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 153 Crore in Q4 FY24 against Rs. 76 Crore of previous year registering a growth of 101 %.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 112 Crore in Q4 FY24 against Rs. 55 Crore of previous year registering a growth of 104 %.
