Kolkata, 27 Jan 20: Rear Admiral VK Saxena, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director, GRSE, Kolkata, hoisted the National Flag in Main Works, GRSE on the Occasion of Republic Day 2020. Shri S.S.Dogra, Director (Finance), Cmde Sanjeev Nayyar, Director (Shipbuilding), Cmde. P R Hari, Director (Personnel) and other Senior Officials of GRSE were present on the Occasion.
Rear Admiral VK Saxena, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director, GRSE,
in his welcome address, paid homage to the Indian Soldiers for their greatest sacrifice for the wellbeing of the nation. He also stated that, India has achieved a lot in the field of defence, finance and more. Speaking on GRSE achieving the landmark of delivering 11 warships in last 31 months, he urged employees to continue to improve their efficiency levels and feeling of ownership towards the shipyard to take GRSE forward.
