Moscow. The Third Eurasian Aerospace Congress, which begins its work within the framework of the business program of the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2019, will increase its scale. More than 650 delegates are expected, the event program will become even richer.
“The main theme of the Congress remains unchanged from year to year – we evaluate strategic changes, new challenges and prospects in order to develop competent management decisions,” said Alexey Lavrov, Chairman of the Council of the Eurasian Partnership of Aerospace Clusters. -However, the program will also have new accents. We will pay attention to the issues of interaction between science and industry, and consider the positive experience gained in the European Union and Asia.”
In addition to traditional participants representing the Aerospace industry, leaders and specialists from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Sciences, leading research institutes and universities have been invited to the dialogue at the congress venue.
The program of the event will include plenary sessions on the “Strategic changes in the global aerospace industry: new managerial challenges and prospects” and “Innovation technologies: new solutions in the aerospace industry” topics, as well as six conferences and two round tables on applied issues.
The second panel discussion will continue the practice that began two years ago of discussing advanced, innovative solutions that will determine the face of the aerospace industry in the future. In 2019, the hosting of this event is timed to the 95th birthday of the outstanding creator of space technology, Mikhail Reshetnev, and the 60th anniversary of the founding of Reshetnev Information Sattelite Systems company.
Commenting on new topics of the congress, A. Lavrov emphasized that a conference on digital platforms for the aerospace industry is being held jointly with Dassault Systems. The dialogue on education issues will continue, including networking and other innovative forms. Rectors of leading specialized universities have been invited to participate in this conference, held jointly with the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Applied issues, such as environmental monitoring using space tools and technologies, new materials and technologies, will be considered at conferences organized with the support of the “Progress” Rocket Space Centre and National University of Science and Technology “MISiS”.
The response to emerging disintegration processes in recent years will be the “Eurasian Aerospace Dialogue” conference, the participants of which will discuss the prospects of international cooperation in the implementation of large-scale technological projects in the aviation and space sectors based on the introduction of the latest technologies. “In order to meet global challenges and solve the problems we are facing, it is necessary to consolidate efforts, and the dialogue with the participation of partners from the countries of the European Union and Asia should serve as a reminder that we are acting in a single space,” emphasized A. Lavrov.
