Nagpur. 11 July 2023. No.4 (Mah), Naval Wing NCC, Nagpur begins enrollment of students of BA /B Com / B Sc /BCA /BBA / BCCA (1st year) of academic year 2023-24, BE / B Tech (1st & 2nd year) and any five year integrated course (1st, 2nd & 3rd year) for a three-year NCC training programme for student studying in any college affiliated to Nagpur University, located within corporation limits of Nagpur City.
The enrolled cadets will be trained in Ship Modeling, Watermanship training,
.22 caliber Rifle firing, Swimming, Drill, Yoga, Disaster Management, Social Service, Community and Personality Development. Apart from the routine activities which makeup the syllabus for NCC, students have opportunities to attend various National Level Camps and Adventure Activities like Trekking, Mountaineering and Parasailing. The Cadets successfully completing NCC ‘C’ Certificate have reserved vacancies in Army, Navy and Airforce recruitment as Officers and personnel. In addition, ‘C’ certificate holders are given preference for recruitment in Police, BSF and other Paramilitary forces.
