Beijing, China, April 11, 2025 – Embraer (NYSE: ERJ / B3: EMBR3) has appointed Patrick Peng to the position of Managing Director and Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing, Commercial Aviation, Embraer China, effective March 31st, 2025. Peng will lead Embraer’s activities in China and report to Martyn Holmes, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Embraer Commercial Aviation.
With over 20 years of aviation industry expertise, Peng distinguished career spans global aviation leaders including Airbus, GE Aviation/CFM, Thales, and Safran. His proven track record includes strategic sales leadership, billion-dollar aftermarket service contract negotiations, and cultivating long-term partnerships with airlines, OEMs, and regulatory stakeholders in China.

Peng holds an MBA from Tsinghua University, a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
