Moscow. 17 August 2021. In the period from 22 to 28 August 2021 at the Pushisty airfield in the Patriot military-patriotic park, as well as at the exhibition grounds in the cities of Kurilsk and Yuzhno-Kurilsk, the VII International Military-Technical Forum Army-2021 will be held.
At the exhibition grounds of the island region, the guests of the forum will get acquainted with modern models of military equipment, communication systems, the latest uniforms and body armor for servicemen and representatives of other law enforcement agencies.
In addition to the demonstration of modern weapons and military equipment, the audience of the forum will be presented with a cultural and entertainment program, performances by creative and artistic groups of the Sakhalin Region, sporting events, and a “Scout’s Trail” with a track for an extreme race will be organized.
In the cultural and historical zone, anyone can visit the “Partisan Village”, hold weapons from the Great Patriotic War in their hands and sit behind the wheel of various wartime equipment.
Active servicemen of the Air Defense Forces army corps will tell the draft-age children about all the privileges of contract military service on Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands.
