Sakhalin, Moscow. 14 July 2021. In August of this year, at the exhibition site of the Pushistyi airfield, military personnel of formations and military units of the army corps of the EMD will present more than 25 units of modern samples of military equipment. In addition, at the VII International military-technical forum Army-2021, guests and residents of the island region will be able to see the rescue equipment of the departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Sakhalin Region.

Also, places for training in survival in extreme conditions, first aid will be deployed at the exhibition grounds. Military instructors will prepare a track through rough terrain with many different natural and artificial obstacles, which anyone can try to overcome.

Representatives of the DOSAAF school of Russia will introduce the guests of the forum to the Soviet Shpagin submachine gun (PPSh) developed in 1940, as well as the legendary Maxim machine gun, which became one of the founders of automatic weapons and went through two World Wars, but even today it is found in hot spots around the world.

In addition to the upcoming exhibition of the military-technical forum Army-2021 at the airport Pushistyi, it will be possible to visit the objects of the military park Patriot, sit at the wheel of a combat vehicle or in the cockpit of an airplane, take a walk through the partisan village of the Great Patriotic War.
